Why Desk Size Is the Right Choice for Office Gifts
Arrives Fully Assembled
A large vase arrangement on a desk creates clutter and blocks the recipient's sightlines — a desk-sized vase fits the scale of the space, sits neatly to one side, and doesn't interrupt the recipient's workday the way a full-scale arrangement would.
No Setup Required From the Recipient
A vase arrangement from our office flowers collection arrives with stems already cut to the correct length, standing in water, the vase included — the recipient simply unwraps it and places it on their desk.
What Makes a Desk Vase Different
Sized for a Workspace, Not a Dining Table
Desk vase arrangements typically use 5 to 9 stems in a smaller glass or ceramic vase — compact enough to sit beside a monitor or on a narrow shelf without taking up meaningful workspace.
Easy to Care for at the Office
A desk vase is easy to manage in a workplace setting: a small top-up of water every 1 to 2 days keeps most arrangements fresh for the full 6 to 9 day period, with no complicated care routine needed.

Same-Day Delivery Cutoff

A valid recipient phone number is required — the local florist team calls ahead to confirm the best time to deliver during office hours.
Caring for a Desk Vase Arrangement
Water and Placement
Change the water every 2 to 3 days and keep the vase away from direct sunlight and air-conditioning vents. Desk vase arrangements typically stay fresh for 6 to 9 days with minimal care.
Taking the Vase Home
Many recipients take their desk vase arrangement home at the end of the week, continuing to enjoy it in a home setting for the remainder of its fresh period.
Small vase arrangements are also one of the most popular choices for thank-you gestures sent to teachers, doctors, and colleagues — the compact scale is practical for the recipient to take home at the end of the day without difficulty, unlike a large arrangement that requires careful transport.
