Vietgifts guarantees the freshness, flower quality and value of every order. However, sometimes flowers may arrive at their destination slightly damaged. These include things like extremely high weather temperatures, transportation issues and so on. Therefore, If the recipient receives damaged flowers, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery time. We will investigate the situation for you immediately. Two ways solving this problem:

We will arrange for replacement flowers to be sent as soon as possible with our sincere apologies.
Refund money: All complaints must be logged with our customer service department within 24 hours of delivery and must include a picture of the unsatisfactory product to qualify for a refund. We reserve the right to withdraw the unsatisfactory items for review and before all refunds can be made. We will use professional discretion when dealing with complaints and issuing refunds.

SECTION 1 - TIME OF COMPLAINT
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us about 24 HOURS if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All complaints, questions about your order must be sent to us with 24 hours after delivery time and attached real image product, so that the matter can be solved.

SECTION 2 - EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as flower arrangements, cakes, fresh fruits, foods, drink, perfume, gifts, stuffed animal, lipstick.
The return policy is that all items are non-returnable once their delivery has been made. This includes: Flowers have bouquets accomplished; Custom and pre ordered Cakes; Fresh fruit baskets; Foods; Drink; Perfume; Stuffed animal; Lipstick.

SECTION 3 - EXCEPTIONS
Concerning delivery errors such as wrong products, the customer has to contact us within 24 HOURS of delivery to be offered options for correction.
Noticing on arrival that any item is faulty or of substandard quality, customers should display photographic evidence within 24 HOURS.

SECTION 4 - CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are urged to check their orders and delivery information before completing their orders. We reserve the right to REFUSE delivery without the recipient's phone number or wrong address.

Your opinion is important to us and we consider it important to constantly develop. Nevertheless, if you have any questions or a tendency to be unsatisfied with our products or services, please contact our customer service team.

SECTION 6 - CANCEL ORDER & REFUND POLICY
Please reading carefuly before made your order:

If the order is cancelled by the customer amount 3 business days and more before the delivery date, customer will get full refund.
If the order is cancelled by the customer amount 2 business days before the delivery date, customer will get refund of 75% of the total amount.
The order is cancelled on the delivery date, no refund will be made.
Force majeure reason, if the recipient refuses to accept the order, we can not refund money for your order.

SECTION 7 - SUBSTITUTION POLICY
All flower products are subject to availability at order time. Flower products pictured on the website may vary slightly in design or appearance to the delivered item. But we always use the best quality materials available and handcraft each item with care, as such we do guarantee the quality of all of our handmade floral designs. However, we will be given to every order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the product displayed on the website.

If products are out of stock at order time, we will to substitute flowers, vases, baskets, products and wrapping paper with an item of similar style and equivalent (or greater) value and quality. We will try to contact you to inform you of any substitutions before process your order. If we are unable to contact you via the contact methods provided prior to the time that we make up your order, we will assume that you accept the substitution.

SECTION 8 - REFUND POLICY
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at order@vietgifts.com.

SECTION 9 - POLICY CHANGES

Saigon Flowers Network shall be entitled to alter the provisions of this policy at any time. Customers will be informed of any change through either through our website or personal contact.
When you order any product from this company, you agree and understand that the policy of non-return of the delivered flowers, cake, fresh fruits, foods, drink, perfume and gifts are non-refundable.
