Key Takeaways
- Vietnam Standard Time (VST) is UTC+7 — no daylight saving, stable year-round
- Same-day cutoff: 6:00 PM VST for HCMC, Hanoi, Da Nang; 4:00 PM VST for provincial cities
- Singapore (UTC+8) has the most comfortable same-day window — order by 7:00 PM SGT
- US West Coast (UTC-8) requires ordering the previous evening — by 2:00 AM PT
Vietnam does not observe daylight saving time — Vietnam Standard Time (UTC+7) is fixed year-round. This makes calculation simple: it is always UTC+7, and the same-day delivery cutoff for HCMC, Hanoi, and Da Nang is always 6:00 PM VST, regardless of what time of year it is.
Same-Day Rose Delivery Cutoff Times — By Country and Time Zone
The primary same-day delivery cities (HCMC, Hanoi, Da Nang) have a 6:00 PM VST cutoff. Provincial cities have a 4:00 PM VST cutoff. Here are the exact equivalents in every major overseas sender market:
Singapore (SGT, UTC+8): 6:00 PM VST = 7:00 PM SGT. The most comfortable same-day window — an after-dinner evening order still makes same-day Vietnam delivery.
Japan / South Korea (JST/KST, UTC+9): 6:00 PM VST = 8:00 PM JST/KST. Order after dinner in Tokyo or Seoul and still make same-day delivery in Vietnam.
Australia Eastern (AEST, UTC+10): 6:00 PM VST = 9:00 PM AEST. Order any time until 9:00 PM Sydney/Melbourne time for same-day Vietnam delivery. The most generous same-day window outside Singapore.
Australia Western (AWST, UTC+8): 6:00 PM VST = 7:00 PM AWST. Identical to Singapore — a comfortable evening order window from Perth.
UK Winter (GMT, UTC+0): 6:00 PM VST = 11:00 AM GMT. Order before midday UK time for same-day Vietnam delivery.
UK Summer (BST, UTC+1): 6:00 PM VST = 12:00 PM BST. Order before noon UK summer time.
US Eastern (ET, UTC-5): 6:00 PM VST = 5:00 AM ET. This is 5:00 AM on the same calendar day as the Vietnam delivery date — for practical purposes, order the previous evening ET time.
US Central (CT, UTC-6): 6:00 PM VST = 4:00 AM CT. Order Wednesday evening CT for Thursday Vietnam delivery.
US Mountain (MT, UTC-7): 6:00 PM VST = 3:00 AM MT. Order the previous evening.
US Pacific (PT, UTC-8): 6:00 PM VST = 2:00 AM PT. Order the previous evening.
Canada Eastern (same as US ET): 5:00 AM ET. Order the previous evening. Canada Pacific (same as US PT): 2:00 AM PT. Order the previous evening.
Germany Winter (CET, UTC+1): 6:00 PM VST = 12:00 AM CET midnight. For practical same-day ordering, the evening-before approach is most reliable for German senders. Germany Summer (CEST, UTC+2): 6:00 PM VST = 1:00 AM CEST. Same guidance — order the previous evening.

Provincial City Cutoff Times — 4:00 PM VST
For provincial Vietnamese cities (Hai Phong, Nha Trang, Can Tho, Hue, Vung Tau, and all cities outside HCMC/Hanoi/Da Nang), the same-day cutoff is 4:00 PM VST. This is 2 hours earlier than the hub cities — subtract 2 hours from all the figures above for provincial delivery calculations. For example: Australia Eastern for provincial cities: 4:00 PM VST = 7:00 PM AEST. Singapore for provincial cities: 4:00 PM VST = 5:00 PM SGT. US Eastern for provincial cities: 4:00 PM VST = 3:00 AM ET the same calendar day — order the previous evening as always. Browse our Roses collection.
