Viet Gifts Refund & Return Policy

Vietgifts.com is operated by Viet Gifts Network, headquartered at 1309 Coffeen Ave, Ste 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA. Since 2001, we have proudly delivered fresh flowers and gifts to loved ones in Vietnam for thousands of customers worldwide.

We guarantee freshness, quality, and value with every order. However, due to weather, transportation, or handling, flowers may occasionally arrive damaged. Please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Time of Complaint

All complaints must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Complaints must include a photo of the delivered product.
If reported within the timeframe, we will investigate and resolve the issue immediately.

2. How We Handle Complaints

If your flowers arrive damaged or unsatisfactory, Viet Gifts offers two solutions:

Replacement: We will deliver new flowers at no extra cost.
Refund: We may issue a refund after reviewing the claim and receiving photographic evidence. Refunds are processed to your original payment method.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and quality reasons, the following items are non-returnable once delivered:

Fresh flowers, bouquets, arrangements
Cakes and baked goods
Fresh fruit baskets
Food and beverages
Perfume, cosmetics, stuffed animals, lipstick
Customized or personalized items

4. Delivery Errors

If the wrong item is delivered, please contact us within 24 hours with photographic evidence. We will arrange correction or replacement immediately.

5. Customer Responsibility

Please double-check recipient details before placing an order.
Orders without recipient’s phone number or incorrect address may be refused or undeliverable.

6. Cancel Order & Refund Policy

Cancel 3 business days before delivery → Full refund.
Cancel 2 business days before delivery → 75% refund.
Cancel on delivery date → No refund.
If the recipient refuses the order for reasons beyond our control, we cannot provide a refund.

7. Substitution Policy

All floral products are subject to seasonal availability. While designs may vary slightly from website images, we guarantee equal or greater value.

If certain flowers, vases, or wrapping materials are unavailable, we will substitute with the closest style and quality.
We will attempt to contact you before substitution. If unreachable, we will proceed with the order using the best available products.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Bank or credit card processing times may vary.
If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at order@vietgifts.com.

9. Policy Changes

Saigon Flowers may update this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this Refund & Return Policy.
