Orders must be prepaid in full. For security reasons, Viet Gifts may reject any order at its sole discretion.

📦 Delivery is available within Vietnam only.
Delivery times are estimates. Peak holidays (Valentine’s Day, Women’s Day, Tet, Mother’s Day, etc.) may cause delays, but we ensure same-day fulfillment whenever possible.

Designs shown are guides. Substitutions of equal or greater value may occur due to seasonal or regional availability, but quality and freshness are always guaranteed. Some products may not be suitable for remote areas.

7. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We guarantee freshness, quality, and value. Deliveries are made on the requested date, and we aim to honor preferred delivery times. Cancellations or modifications follow our Refund Policy.
