Sparkling Champagne Fogoso Oro:

This cocktail is made in the vineyard; grapes must be harvested at the precise time. Once bunches are received at the winery, fresh ripe grapes are pressed in order to remove stems. For the production of fire cocktail, we begin with Airén Wine controlling the fermentation process to achieve its appropriate percent in alcohol content. Then Grape must is added which increases the sugar content to between 90-100gr per liter and a small amount of Muscatel wine. This enables the product to acquire its characteristic final effect. Finally the liquid with all its components is mixed and shaken for a period of time controlling the temperature and pressure.
